We’re looking for a new chef de partie for our beautiful restaurant on the Nieuwegracht
Would you like to work in a cosy kitchen that is both relaxed, tighly knit ànd professional? Then do read on!
What are you going to do?
– Managing your own partie indepedently
– Working together during service at a high level
– Safeguarding quality & hygiene
Who are you?
– Experienced in a comparable job
– Structured, focused and calm
– Somebody that just loves to cook and finds great food important

What can you expect?
A relaxed living room atmposhere where you can unwind with some Ossobuco croquettes, before tucking into a Dover sole with sauce Maltaise (including sides) to share
All rooted in a french-mediterranean style, with modern techniques and firm nods to the wider world.
We also serve a 4 course menu (63 euro p.p.) – perfect for those who don’t want to choose and would like to be surprised.
Cocktails, mocktails, (craft) beer and a concise wine list that has something for everyone are a firm fixture of our offering too

Our fully renovated and comfortable wharf cellar with views on the Nieuwegracht is very suitable for groups of up to 36 to have lunch, have diner for a celebratory occasion
(birthdayof wedding lunch/dinner), or to make a
company meeting or presentation just a touch more special.
WHAT WE OFFER
– Suitable for small or medium sized groups (from 6 to 36 guests)
– bookable per time of day, so also for lunch!
– HDMI beamer & screen as well as a flip-over are avalaible
– Food can consist of a sandwich lunch, or a 3 or 4 course lunch/dinner
– A flat rate for coffee/tea/soft drinks during the day, or matching wines to accompany dinner
– Snacks & bites to accompany some informal drinks, or sweets to have with coffee or tea

The wharf cellar
Our fully renovated wharf cellar with views on the Nieuwegracht is very suitable for groups up to 36 guests.
Lunches or dinners can be organised in the cellar, but company related activities such as meetings or presentations can be held here too.
