We’re looking for a new chef de partie for our beautiful restaurant on the Nieuwegracht
Would you like to work in a cosy kitchen that is both relaxed, tighly knit ànd professional? Then do read on!
What are you going to do?
– Managing your own partie indepedently
– Working together during service at a high level
– Safeguarding quality & hygiene
Who are you?
– Experienced in a comparable job
– Structured, focused and calm
– Somebody that just loves to cook and finds great food important

PAND 33 - BISTRO FOOD IN A RELAXED SETTING
What can you expect?
A relaxed living room atmospthere where you can have some bites like Ossobuco croquettes or buckwehat tempeh yakitori, before wolfing down a Dover Sole with sauce Maltaise including sides, all to share.
We also serve a 4 course set menu (63 euro p.p.) – perfect for those who don’t like to think and would like to be surprised.
Alongside we can serve cocktails, mocktails, (craft) beers and we also have a concise yet precise wine list with choices for every palate.
Ranging from funky natural wines to some classic grapes – there are choices aplenty.
Private Dining & Business Meetings
Our fully renovated wharf cellar with views on the Nieuwegracht is very suitable for groups of up to 36 guests to have a extended lunch or dinner. Whether that is for a celebration, or to liven up a business focused day, it’s entirely up to you!

– A space suitable for small or medium sized groups (From 6 – 36 guests)
– Bookably for any time slot during the day – so also including lunch!
– Beamer & screen as well as a flip-over are available
– Sandwich lunch, or a 3 or 4 course lunch/dinner

The wharf cellar
Our fully renovated wharf cellar with views on the Nieuwegracht is very suitable for groups up to 36 guests.
Lunches or dinners can be organised in the cellar, but company related activities such as meetings or presentations can be held here too.
